Q1. What are the shipping terms when just one MyJo™ coffee maker is ordered?
A. A $3.99 shipping and handling charge applies to orders of one single coffee maker shipped by standard delivery to addresses in the contiguous United States (plus tax, if applicable). For one single coffee maker shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, the shipping and handling charge for standard delivery is $6.49 (plus tax, if applicable). Standard orders, including those to Alaska and Hawaii, ship via U.S. Postal Service and will arrive within two weeks.
Q2. What are the shipping terms when more than one MyJo™ coffee maker is ordered?
A. When two or more coffee makers are purchased on the same order, a special Free Shipping offer applies for standard shipping in the contiguous United States. For orders of two or more coffee makers shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, the standard shipping and handling charge is $2.50 per coffee maker(plus tax, if applicable). Standard orders, including those to Alaska and Hawaii, ship via U.S. Postal Service and will arrive within two weeks.
Q3. Do you offer rush shipping? How much does it cost?
A. Rush shipping is available and will ship via the best method to arrive in 3 to 5 days. Rush shipping and handling charges for orders of one single coffee maker are $13.98 to addresses in the contiguous United States or $18.98 for Alaska and Hawaii (plus tax, if applicable). Rush shipping and handling charges when two or more coffee makers are purchased on the same order are $9.99 per coffee maker for addresses in the contiguous United States or $14.99 per coffee maker for Alaska and Hawaii (plus tax, if applicable).
Q4. Is there a money back guarantee?
A. Yes. If you are not completely satisfied, we’ll give you your money back! Just return your MyJo™ coffee maker and MyJo™ Cup, at your expense, within 30 days of date of delivery and the purchase price of the MyJo™ coffee maker will be promptly refunded. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Q5. Can I use any brand single serve pack in the MyJo™ coffee maker?
A. Yes. Any pack that works in the Keurig* K-Cup* system brewer will work in the MyJo™ coffee maker. Vue* and Rivo* packs do not work in Keurig* K-Cup* brewers and will not work in the MyJo™ either. In addition, the bonus MyJo™ Cup lets you use your own fresh ground coffee. Q7. How does the product work?
A. Just fill the water reservoir with hot water from a tea kettle OR heat it in the microwave, pop in your favorite single serve pack, attach the cover and base, and pump right into your coffee cup or mug.
Q8. How does it assemble?
A. There are three easy-to-assemble parts. A microwave-safe water reservoir with silicone grip for easy handling, a cover with pump, and a single serve pack holder base that fits on most coffee cups and mugs.
Q9. Can I fill my travel mug using the MyJo™ coffee maker?
A. Yes. The MyJo™ coffee maker works with most travel mugs. The ribs on the bottom of the base should fit within the inside rim of your mug. (The diameter of the inner rim of the mug should be at least 2 1/4 inches but not more than 3 3/4 inches wide.)
Q10. Is it easy to clean?
A. Yes. Just discard the single serve pack and rinse the base.
Q11. What type of ground coffee can be used in the MyJo™ Cup?
A. Medium ground coffee works best. If using finely ground coffee, loosely fill the MyJo™ Cup; do not pack the cup.
Q12. Is it dishwasher safe?
A. No, but there is no need to use a dishwasher. To clean, just discard the single serve pack and rinse the base.

A. The weight of the MyJo™ coffee maker is 0.683 pounds. and it is 8.83 inches tall by 3.96 inches wide.
